Should a person workout when they are sick?

First off, I would suggest not exercising in a gym where you could spread your germs to others.
 
Try to be considerate to everyone who is trying to become and stay healthy.
 
If your symptoms are mild with no fever, coughing or sneezing, then maybe consider a light routine at home.
 
Remember, when you are sick, your body is telling you to take it easy. Give yourself a chance to recover:)
