4 personal training sessions (2x per week) for 2 weeks along with our clean eating challenge. During this period we will access your fitness level and start to develop a custom personalized plan that is specific to all of your health and fitness goals.You will immediately start to feel and wake up muscles you may have forgotten you had! All of our private sessions take place in our private fitness studio.
2 weeks of small group training 2-3 times per week accompanied with our 2 week clean eating challenge. All our group sessions take place in our private fitness studio. Workout with small groups of 5-10 individuals with a variety of training modalities ranging from free weights, resistance tubing and body weight exercises all geared to reboot your metabolism and get you on a successful path to fitness!
