The tool box is filled with a variety of tools that will aid you in your process for a healthier lifestyle. We are always striving to add new tools to our program to better serve your process.

Fitness Journals
One of the best ways to monitor your progress is to log all the activity that you do. This includes you exercise activity, rest and your nutrition. By reviewing your journal you and your fitness professional can view your activity and make any necessary adjustments. The Process offers either our exclusive notebook version of our log or an online journal through our website.

Progress Reports
Every quarter each clinet will receive a report regarding their progress in strengthening their Fitness Chain. Each report can act as a great motivating tool helping each client stay focused.

Email Support
Sometimes just a friendly reminder to take care of yourself for the day is all one needs. Our clients really appreciate the value of an occasional “pep talk” transmitted online from their trainer.

Group Outings
It is extremely rewarding to see the benefits of your hard work in the gym when participating in one of our fun and exciting group outings. The Process is always planning seasonal excursions such as hiking, biking, kayaking or a group walk/run.

Online Newsletter
Our newsletter keeps you “in the know” of the latest trends in fitness, nutrition and general health. All of our clients will receive a bi monthly subscription as part of their program here at The Process.

Professional Referral Guide
The Process maintains and is always adding to a list of health professionals that range from massage therapists, chiropractors, orthopedics, acupuncturists, reflexologists as well as nutritionists and psychotherapists. These are available at request to enhance the process at the gym.

Virtual Workouts
Our exclusive fitness software generates customized workout plans that include detailed illustrations for the days when you are not in the gym and/or are traveling. Your personal trainer can then monitor your consistency and progress through your online fitness journal.
