FITNESS STEPS TO SUCCESS!
It is important that you know that getting into shape…or back into shape is a process. Our FITNESS STEPS TO SUCCESS act as your guide to a new way of life. With the help of our fitness professionals you will complete each step (one step at a time) on your journey towards a new you.

Step 1 – MOTIVATION
Since motivation can be short lived, we need to know more about it. Where is our initial motivation coming from? Have we truly accepted where we are and the work ahead? Do we have the willingness to stick to a program in order to better ourselves? What support and tools do we need in order to stay motivated?

Step 2 – EVALUATION
Having a baseline of one’s current health and level of fitness is a key component to our wellness program. For lasting success, change needs to be slow and steady. We will guide you through our FITNESS CHAIN creating accurate detailed records of how healthy and fit you are.These records will prove to be invaluable at later test dates.

Step 3 – GOALS
Having goals is a wonderful tool, constantly reminding us of why we decided to make a change in the first place. You will be guided to set SMART goals. Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time-Sensitive.Once we start achieving our goals they enhance our Motivation (Step One) further strengthening our ability to succeed!

Step 4 – PLAN
After reviewing all the data compliled from steps 1-3 you and your Fitness proffesional will begin to develop a plan.Included in this plan will be some concrete goals,obstacles/solutions,and a workout schedule.It will be important to refer to this plan on a regular basis in order to maintain your focus.

Step 5 – COMMITMENT
Once your plan is completed it is now time to ask yourself,"Will this work for me and am I ready?" If you answer NO be willing to revise your plan until the answer is YES.

Once you are comfortable with your plan it is time to make a serious commitement.The Process has found that the most powerful way to do this is in the form of a written contract.Your fitness professional will devise an agreement that will include the details of your plan and how you will stick to it.You will then place your signature at the bottom and date it for future reference.

Step 6- ACTION
It is now time to hit the playing field and put your plan into action.This is a challenging and yet exciting and rewarding step.Feeling muscles that you may be have not felt in years and having more energy are just a couple of the immediate rewards.All throughout your Process your fitness proffesional will also be constantly educating you on all aspects of leading a healthy lifestyle.

Step 7 -SUCCESS
This is the top step and the most rewarding one of them all.After going through the first six steps you will begin to see and feel the changes that a healthy fitness program leads to.You may now congratulate yourself on your process!
