FITNESS CHAIN
Our exclusive FITNESS CHAIN improves the areas in your life that may be challenged. Each link is related to a specific area. We believe all links in this chain must be as strong as possible since each link has a direct effect on all the others. Remember, we are only a strong as our weakest link!

Link 1 – General Health
This represents your basic wellness. Aspects considered are weight/body composition, blood pressure, cholesterol, bone density, resting heart rate, chronic conditions and injuries. Many, if not all of these aspects can be improved through our program.

Link 2 – Cardiovascular
Improving one’s cardiovascular conditioning results in a variety of benefits – most importantly reducing the risks for heart disease as well as having more energy.

Link 3 – Strength
As we age, we start to lose muscle tissue. A proper strength-training program can combat this process. It will also raise the metabolic rate and build bone density reducing the risk of osteoporosis.

Link 4 - Flexibility
This is usually the missing link in many people’s program. Maintaining proper flexibility improves circulation, decreases risk of injuries and can also improve chronic conditions such as lower back pain, joint pain and overall stress.

Link 5 – Nutrition
Knowledge of how to properly fuel one’s body is powerful. It can result in lower blood pressure and cholesterol, the maintenance of ideal body weight, prevention of certain disease as well as newfound energy. We make sure our clients understand all the basics of proper nutrition including balanced meals, serving sizes, reading food labels and avoiding the pitfalls of fad diets.

Link 6 – Lifestyle
This is our broadest and possibly the most important link. It covers the attitude that you bring to your process, social activities, sports and play, hobbies and stress levels which all lead to your emotional well being.
