It has been proven time and time again that one of the best tools for any health/fitness program is journaling. It can be your roadmap to success!

When you journal, the information you record is invaluable. It lets you see exactly where your strength’s and weaknesses are and helps you to smooth out the rough edges. It can also lift one’s self esteem tremendously when looking back on all that they have accomplished. Even if you are not ready to work with a fitness professional at this point and time, do yourself a favor and add this tool to your program. When you finally do begin to work with a fitness professional you will have a complete history of what you have done to present to them. You and your trainer can then see what has been working and where you need help. Good luck on your fitness quest!
