Have you tried to lose weight in the past and failed? Have you lost weight only to put it right back on? If the answer is yes to these questions well then we have the answer to your problem. We have designed a program that not only will help you lose weight but you will keep it off for the rest of your life. If you are ready and are serious about making a commitment to losing those unwanted pounds then this is the program for you.
What makes it different?
Our program goes back to the basics. Healthy exercise along with an appropriate eating plan has always been the key to weight lose. Unfortunately all the infomercials for quick fix diet pills, abdominal machines and exercise videos have lead the consumer to believe there is an easy way out. They make unrealistic claims while protecting themselves with the fine print on the screen that usually reads something like," Results not typical" or "Our product works best when combined with proper exercise and dieOur program cuts through all of the myths and lies as we help you apply the truth and basic principals of a healthy lifestyle.
How It Works
The initial phase of the program is eight weeks. Clients may continue to renew in eight week blocks of time until they reach their goal. An ongoing maintainence program is also available to those who have met their goal.
Each client goes through a thorough evaluation of their past and current eating habits and exercise activity. Once a history has been established then a plan for your meals and exercise can be created. The plan is then implemented with the help and support of your very own weight management coach. The Meal Planner
This was created in conjunction with a nutrition company called Biometrics and reviewed and approved by our very own registered dietitian.
- Pick from an array of healthy choices for each meal
- Print a weekly menu of your choices
- Complete recipes provided in weekly menu ( If desired)
- Quick and Easy choices ( Little or no preparation time)
- Appropriate portion of each meal is clearly notated.
- Simple exchange system is provided.
Exercise plan
Each client is also provided with an exercise plan.This plan will be based on the clients profile and the specifics of their goal. The plan will include a weekly layout of aerobic activity along with some basis strength training and stretching.Fitness charts with illustrations and descriptions of each exercise are provided The entire plan will be set up in a way that the client can execute the fitness aspect of the plan on their own. Personal Training sessions can be arranged with one of our Friendly Fitness Professionals foe even greater results if the client so desires.
Weight Management Coach (Your support system)
Along with access to the meal planner each client is assigned a weight management coach. We have found that it is important to have someone constantly in your corner during this entire process. The client checks in with their coach on a weekly basis either by email or phone to cover the following.
- Weekly weigh in report
- Activity and exercise review of previous week
- The previous weeks meal plan and it’s implementation
- Previous weeks successes
- Obstacles and possible solutions
- Next weeks goals and actions
